In addition to stitches for the wound, it's probable Lehtonen suffered a concussion. Haula recieved 15 minutes in penalties, a major for charging and a 10 minute game misconduct.

Ruff stated last night that Lehtonen likely has a concussion. Today's news didn't get any better as Stars beat reporter Mike Heika tweeted out the following after Ruff's presser following the Dallas Stars' practice today.

Lehtonen is currently listed as day-to-day but it seems like the Stars will be without him for the foreseeable future. Fortunately, Lehtonen doesn't have any concussion history which would be worrisome. The Stars will rely on newly acquired goaltender Tim Thomas for tomorrow night's game agains the Columbus Blue Jackets.
